Jim Muratzki is a technologist by day and a chocolatier by night.  He has completed the Professional Chocolatier Program of Ecole Chocolat, an online training program, and has BS degrees in Anthropology and Geography from Michigan State University.

Barbara Overdier is a photographer, painter and teacher who loves to wrap packages.  She has a BA in Studio Art from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN and MA in Art Education from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.
